Apple box mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Apple box mod here
Apple in Bristol reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple box mod really costs in Bristol
Apple in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested apple in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How long does apple in a box mod last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
