What apple costs in Bristol
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.94 per 10 ml.
We run apple the same way in Bristol: same prefilled pod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: apple in Bristol works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple prefilled pod really costs in Bristol
A apple prefilled pod from the budget options in Bristol costs about £1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where apple goes wrong
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long apple in Bristol survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
