Blackcurrant pod kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the budget shortlist — Bristolsalnic
Blackcurrant in Bristol: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the blackcurrant habit
The honest read on blackcurrant: 24 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Blackcurrant pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant pod kit really costs in Bristol
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

In Bristol we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.06 per 10 ml liquid plus £36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
