Blackcurrant prefilled pod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the best shortlist — Bristolsalnic
Blackcurrant in Bristol: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Blackcurrant prefilled pod here
We run blackcurrant the same way in Bristol: same prefilled pod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.22 per 10 ml.
The short version: blackcurrant in Bristol works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant prefilled pod really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested blackcurrant in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
