Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Caramel box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.16 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Bristol
A caramel box mod from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.16 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
