Citrus cartomizer Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Citrus cartomizer here
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.64 per 10 ml.
A citrus cartomizer from the flat-rate options in Bristol costs about £2.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
