Cola pen device Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Cola in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.91 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola pen device really costs in Bristol
The honest read on cola: 24 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Bristol survives.
- Treating the advertised £58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.91 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
