Frozen pen device Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.89 per 10 ml.
A frozen pen device from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £2.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Bristol
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
