If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava RDA really costs in Bristol
We run guava the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested guava in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where guava goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.84 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for guava in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.84 per 10 ml liquid plus £44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does guava in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 3 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
