The short version: honey in Bristol works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey refill pack really costs in Bristol
A honey refill pack from the compared options in Bristol costs about £1.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested honey in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where honey goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.68 per 10 ml liquid plus £68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.68 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
