Lime RDA Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Ordering Nicotine Salt to Bristol: the practical version
We run lime the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.11 per 10 ml.
The short version: lime in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime RDA really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at lime in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lime goes wrong
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.11 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
