Melon cartomizer Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the online shortlist
Melon in Bristol: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run melon the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Most people searching Nicotine Salt in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested melon in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.47 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is melon legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.47 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
