Melon starter kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the order shortlist
Melon in Bristol: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Melon in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: melon in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon starter kit really costs in Bristol
A melon starter kit from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £3.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
