Nutty in Bristol: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.31 per 10 ml.
We run nutty the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: nutty in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run nutty the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested nutty in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.31 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
