Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on plum: 8 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plum the same way in Bristol: same disposable vape, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum disposable vape really costs in Bristol
Plum disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.96 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for plum in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
