Salted pod kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Salted in Bristol: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at salted in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: salted in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted pod kit really costs in Bristol
Salted pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested salted in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.41 per 10 ml liquid plus £33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
