What a sour 10 ml bottle really costs in Bristol
We run sour the same way in Bristol: same 10 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.58 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for sour in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
