Sweet starter kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Sweet in Bristol: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
We run sweet the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.1 per 10 ml.
The short version: sweet in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet starter kit really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at sweet in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sweet in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.1 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
