Tropical refill pack Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist — Bristolsalnic
Tropical in Bristol: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with tropical in Bristol
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tropical in Bristol reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Bristol
We run tropical the same way in Bristol: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.75 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tropical in a refill pack last?
In Bristol we measured 9 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is tropical legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
