Plum in Bristol: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
If you are looking at plum in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: plum in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pen device really costs in Bristol
A plum pen device from the bulk options in Bristol costs about £1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How long does plum in a pen device last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
